Shipping & Returns
Made to order
Each piece is cut and sewn once your order is placed. Please allow up to 2–3 days for your garment to be made before it is dispatched.
Delivery in Bulgaria
Orders within Bulgaria are sent with Speedy or Econt, to a courier office or to your personal address — you choose at checkout. Delivery is €7 per order, and free on orders of €200 or more. When your order arrives, you may try it on and test it before accepting. If you decide to return it, we will refund the full price of the item; the return delivery cost is covered by you. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the courier and delivery method chosen.
Worldwide shipping
We ship worldwide with DHL Express, fully tracked. Costs follow DHL rates from Bulgaria and are calculated from the country you choose at checkout: Greece, Romania, Serbia and Türkiye €25; the rest of the European Union €35; United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Ukraine €45; United States, Canada, Mexico, Israel and the UAE €60; Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Brazil and South Africa €75. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. International orders of €300 or more ship for free.
Adjustments
If your piece doesn't fit perfectly when it arrives, message us on Instagram and we'll make the adjustments for you. This is part of how we work, not an exception.
Returns
Because every garment is made to your own measurements, no returns are accepted after 7 days of delivery. Faulty or incorrect items are of course replaced or refunded in full — simply write to us within 7 days of delivery.
