Annabelle is a small made-to-order atelier based in Sofia, Bulgaria. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you shop with us, why we need it, how long we keep it and the rights you have over it.
Who we are
Annabelle ("we", "us") is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at any time at byannabelleclothing.com@gmail.com or on Instagram at @byannabelleee with any question about your data.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to make and deliver your garment: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address (or courier office), your body measurements or chosen standard size, the items and colours you ordered, any notes you send us, and basic order records such as your order reference, date and total. If you contact us by email or Instagram, we also hold that correspondence.
Payment information
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number is entered on Stripe's secure payment form and never reaches our website or our systems. We receive only a confirmation of payment and limited details such as the payment status and the last digits of the card.
How we use your information
We use your details to cut, sew and tailor your order, to send you an order confirmation and delivery updates, to arrange courier delivery, to answer your messages, to handle adjustments, returns or refunds, and to keep the accounting records required by law.
Legal grounds
We process your order and delivery details to perform our contract with you, your accounting records to comply with legal obligations, and any marketing emails only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We share your data only with the service providers who help us complete your order: Stripe (payments), Resend (order confirmation emails), our hosting and database provider, and the courier you choose (Speedy or Econt in Bulgaria, or an international carrier). We never sell your personal data or share it for advertising.
Emails and marketing
The email address you give at checkout is used to send your order confirmation and any message about that order. We will only add you to news about new collections if you ask us to, and every such email includes an unsubscribe link.
Cookies
Our site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to run: remembering your bag, your language choice and the secure payment session. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records, including measurements, are kept for as long as accounting law requires (currently up to 5 years). Messages and enquiries are deleted once they are no longer needed. You may ask us to remove your measurements earlier at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, to restrict or object to its processing and to withdraw consent. Write to byannabelleclothing.com@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the EU you may also complain to your local data protection authority — in Bulgaria, the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
Security
Your data is stored on secured, access-controlled services and transmitted over encrypted connections. Only the people who make and dispatch your order can see it.
Children
Our shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes we will publish the updated version on this page with a new date. Please check back before placing a new order.
